Bad Communication Faulty Product. Terrible Support. No Refund policy

PC-Diag sells diagnostic products for personal computers packaged individually and in various suites

This Company sold me a product that I can not get to work, has phones that cut off in the middle of messages, publishes no e -mail addresses except one for info that is buried deep within the website, along a paragraph that warns of "no return policy"

They basically tell you that you are stuck with the product once you hit the buy button, that they are responsible for nothing and that you have no recourse. This is NOT apparent when you buy. You really need to probe the site to find it.

When you go to the site you will be presented with verbiage that suggests you are getting a great discount that will expire that day, In fact the discount will probably be available the next day and the day after that.

The support is terrible, and is never online. You always need to leave a message on the chat. There are no published e mail addresses for support.

Their products are poorly executed, their documentation sucks, and if you can get the diagnostics to run at all there is no cross reference that will reference an error code to a bad component.

I personally would never deal with this company again. I will stop short of calling it a scam, but I certainly do consider it a waste of money.
