Elecbenpac cetsss ripoff for a computer, ect

I was thinking that i was going to get a computer so
they said but i told them to cancel anything that we
talk about because i didnt want the phone service that
they were offering but they did not so they took the
money ($284.90) out of my checking account so that made
my cell phone bill bounce.

So please help
