Facebook disabled my account without any specific explanation

In my opinion that somebody hacked into my pc. Nevertheless, Facebook claims that I broke their signal of conduct (plan). They impaired my bill with no particular clarification. I've done nothing wrong. They WOn't us-eliminate my bill. They've completed this to a large number of people. Their guidelines are obscure at best. If they're likely to eliminate somebody's consideration, they have to atleast provide some form of conclusive clarification. Would you support me in obtaining my consideration us-handicapped? Thanks
