The fine print ripped off by tfp ink

I ordered 2 ink cartridges, the charges were applied immidiatly to my credit card, that was the end of that. I never recieved the order, no one answers the phone, no response from the fax number, no reply to my emails and no reply to a hand written letter that was sent... Is this even a real company or just someone collecting the cash from credit card orders without ever intending to send anything. I am still trying to get the money refunded... Warning, just go buy your ink at the local supplier, it's not worth the hastle of getting ripped off on the internet just to try and save a few bucks
