I like another person who filed a report on this company, waited for my order for almost a month. When it arrived I found out the wait was for nothing! I ordered two color ink cartridges, both were defective. Since then, I have emailed their support staffed numerous time with no reply. I also emailed them asking where the cartridges were after waiting so lond, no reply. The next step was calling, no answer, no return call! I mailed the cartridges back today, if that doesn't work, I will be doing a charge-back on my credit card. Don't fall for the good reviews on this company's website.
