Positioned an order for Nike Airmax Children 2011 white on cyber-monday for 50% off the initial cost. Received bumped up 2009 shoes instead. $50 cheaper boot than I'd initially bought. I named customer support to protest but there is no evidence I bought the 2011 sneakers. About the mail and verification it simply claims Airmax and never the entire year. I had been "informed" by customer support the sneakers I needed weren't for sale on cyber-monday. How do you realize that? There's no means I really could make sure. She advised me I bought the incorrect boot accidentally. Which was rest. Both shoes look nothing alike. I understand 100% without a doubt I bought the Nike-Air Max 2011 nevertheless Finishline customer support doesn't trust me. They declare I bought this year's. There's a clear cost difference between sneakers. Used to do not need this year's sneakers, but I'm caught together and not able to obtain the 2011 in the cyber-monday price. I'm extremely annoyed.
