This company charged my credit card without my authorization. Tried to contact them by phone but the operator said it was no longer in service. Sent an email to customer service for them to credit my card, but they have done it yet. This about 15 minutes after they charged my card. Hoping this matter will be taken care of. I don't even know what I am getting for this $99.00. Tell me what can be done. Very disappointed.
