Lies lies and mo lies!

I have purchased a MacBook Pro 1,1 from this site. It arrived in time and I was pleased with it until the graphics card burnt out. I had to send it back and I was hoping to get a refund.instead I got store credit and the computer replaced. They told me that they will send a new one. This one, is not so new. It looks pretty much the same as the last one I sent. It took me a few weeks to realize it. The graphics work fine but the battery is in poor condition.

I feel angry because I wish I would have done more research before buying from these folks. I really feeling like sending the whole thing back and getting my money BACK! I just want my money back. The computer is working okay but still, I think they ripped me off. This is NOT A NEW LAPTOP COMPUTER!
