Robostir Refund not delivered as promised, not able to confirm charges or see shipping

I ordered the product on the 25th of November then called to cancel on the 29th. I was told (and it is listed in the notes on my account) that I would recieve the refund within 24-72 hours. It is now December 6th and after 3 phone calls I still do not have my refund!!!

Also, the reason I cancelled the order in the first place is because while clicking through the site, there is no where to tell you how much your shipping will be until you get to the end and it's submitted! The shipping on a $40 order was $47!! That's outrageous and not fair to the consumer.

I am pissed! The only thing everyone keeps saying to me is that "I'm sorry, it's 7-10 business days and you'll have to wait."

Bull, I was told 24-72 hours and that's when I expected it. I also expected to be told my final total BEFORE I submitted the order.
