I had the misfortune of ordering a replacement laser toner for my Samsung printer from houseofinkjet.com

The toner arrived on-time and seemed like the right cartridge but did not work at all in my printer. Upon further inspection, the ends of the cartridge were different from my original one. The website has a section for getting an RMA number to return for exchange or refund but it is defective and doesn't actually work. I tried entering information multiple times and never was successful.

The phone number is NEVER answered and the voicemail box is always FULL.

Finally I received an e-mail in answer to repeated requests for service. Even though my e-mail contained all information asked for from the RMA page, the response asked for my order number. I replied "look in the subject line AND the body of my e-mail."

Three days later another e-mail asking what was wrong. Three days later! And again ignoring information that was already provided.

Three more days and then another e-mail asking if I wanted a replacement or a refund. Again, that was contained in the original e-mail.

Obviously they just try to delay and wear you down so you'll give up. After two full weeks of trying again and again to get an RMA I finally was given one. But shipping was up to me. They said as soon as they receive my return they would refund. Two days ago I sent verification my package arrived at their location and today I get an e-mail stating they only check returns EVERY OTHER FRIDAY.

It is utter nonsense that they can provide such slow, incompetent and useless customer service. This business has no value and no concept of service. They are fraudulent and without any redeeming service.
