The costumer service lady was so rude to me for no reason

The Costumer support woman was so rude in my experience for no cause. She continued holding up the telephone in my own experience and managing me really poor. She declined to hear my issue. They was really unhelpful she set me On-Hold for 12 mins after which hang-up the telephone. Am calling in the UK to America. She lost my phone bill. Our issue continues to be not solved and that I experience Bullied by that woman.
