Chat takes well over 1/2 to even respond, and they have the same answer, "we are having technical issues, wait 5 hours." Several bids used when I was trying to figure out if it was even working. Assured that bids would be refunded, never happened. When the auction gets down to 0 and going keeps going back to 14 seconds, auctions sometimes take more than one day to end! Customer service is "null." This is a scam!
