Department of investigations was a foreign and was telling me that i had a loan out and if i did not pay these moneys then my ssn would be sent to the courts and that i would not beable to get a job or anything, they have called

This man keeps calling and saying that he is calling me from department of investigations and that I owed money on a cash loan and i said no i don't and cont to tell me that i did and wanted to know how i wanted to resolve this problem, he could not speak English and it was very hard to understand him. Then he proceeded to tell me if i don't take care of this matter then i will not beable to use my ssn for a job or for anything not even my social security! What is this about this is crazy i am so tired of this people getting by and harrassing others and get by with it, I was told i was going to have a warrant this is insane!!!
