I already have Comcast TV and Inernet, and was wanting to add Digital Voice. When I tried to set it up the first time, they told me that I had to pay the delinquent amount first before I could. Understandable. I payed it the next day and called them back to confirm. They told me that I had to wait 24 hours due to a pending payment. Again understandable. Keep in mind that I had already set up the service and picked out the package, and that all i had to do was pay the amount. I called back on Saturday, and they told me that I wasn't authorized to make changes, because only my wife was on the account, though I know for a fact that she had authorized me on the account several months earlier. So I got my wife to confirm AGAIN that I was authorized to make changes. After being on the phone with them for 45 minutes, they finally set it up and gave me a date that the tech would come out and set it all up. They even gave me a authorization number, and the phone number to which the service would be in. He was scheduled to come out that Monday from 10-2. I waited the WHOLE day for them to come out here. When 1:45 rolled around, I called them to see if they were even coming out here. The woman on the phone snidely remarked, " Technically he has until 2 to be out there."... When 3:45 came, I was pissed. I called back again and they informed me that the installation was never even entered into the computer, due to "Computer Problems" So no one ever called me back within those 2 days to inform me?! They even had the audacity to try to make me pay the deposit AGAIN, after I had already paid it that Saturday. It took me 10 minutes to finally convince them that I had indeed paid it. So now I have to wait 3 more days to get this installation done. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!
