Certification Trendz Limited Did not send materials ordered and incorrect practice test information

I've used there product before and generally have been pleased. This time was certainly not the case. I purchased there test prep exam and a printout copy of the test questions.

Unfortunately they do not clearly state during purchasing it could take up to 14 business days received printed material. Once I found this out, I was not happy, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe I didn't do enough researche before purchasing... Maybe I should have checked the FAQ first (the only location on the site which has this info). I ordered my practice exam and printed material on 10/2, supposidely they state it was shipped 10/7. Well it's now 11/17,41 actual days since shipped and 29 business days and I have received nothing. I've contacted there customer support serveral times.in all cases they stated it will be there shortly and should just wait or check local post office (I've done this a couple times). I've sent them several emails now and am no longer receive responses from them.

If that wasn't enough I used there test exam questions to help study for one of the exams, which is a on 100% garuantee list, where incorrect. While reviewing the test exams I had some concerns with several of the questions, but have found there product to be pretty accurate in the past, and continued studying. I was getting 95% TO 100% on the practice exams. After feeling comfortable with the material I scheduled my exam. I went to the exam and to my surprise I did not pass. There was 2 or 3 questions which where not on the practice exam, but all of the others questions where there. 3 questions out of 85 questions couldn't have caused me to fail. I was shocked I did not pass this exam. The next day there was an update to the practice exam where the same questions I had been studying where updated with completely different answers. This was a large amount of questions which had been updated.

I contacted there support and they asked for a copy of the failed exam and told me they couldn't refund my money but would give me a credit for another exam prep. This seemed odd to me as it states it will refund you and does may references to substitutions if desired. I sent the required information and have not received anything. Actually they have completely stopped responding to my emails.

Please do not work with this company they are a rip off. They give incorrect answers tests and do not deliver on purchases. They also do not stand by there 100% garuantee. I really wished I had seen any of the other reports on this site before purchasing would have saved me several hundred dollars.
