Thus they tolerate phishing scams with their negligence. Don't do any business with them!

I have submitted to PakNIC reports over the period of couple of weeks that on mutiple occasions their domain services are being used for a phishing scam. PakNIC completely neglects my complains and thus supports a phishing scam with their negligence.

If they are going to be as non-responsive and non-supportive to you as they were to me, you will be one very unhappy customer. Do not suport these guys with your business, register your domains elsewhere where they have better support and where they do not tolerate a phishing scam.
