Will not response to Phone Messages - Haven't received items ordered - October 19

Ordered three I-pod Beenies on October 19. Thought i would get a tracking number. (Didnt). I called a week or two ago was put on hold for over 30 minutes. (Hung-up) I called again yesterday was on hold for 45 minutes (finally left message) no one has called me back. Called again today left messages on all three numbers. It says they would call you back promply. Ya right. I spent 62.00. Which has been taken out of my checking account. I will continue to call till i receive a call back and I will e-mail daily till i hear something. Will keep you posted.
