Worst online shopping experience I have ever had

Toughest online shopping experience I've ever endured. I paid $300 to get a cot collection nearly 8 weeks before, but never received it. Named and sent numerous occasions, plus they ultimately gave me a ups tracking range which ended up to be always a random following range that had nothing related to my purchase. I terminated my purchase fourteen days before, but I still haven't gotten my income. Terrible experience! Extremely unprofessional.
