Viscom is a ripoff business that doesn't give a damn

I wish I found this site earlier, it would have saved me a lot of grief and aggravation.

I to am a victim of SHopNBC and Viscom, otherwise known as V2Premier. This so called POS they call a computer is still not working. I received it in April 02 and have reloaded and restored this so many times the restore went on strike.

Problems continue and can't get a decient response to the problems except restore and reload. Reloading is not that simple since it only restores the OS (operating system) When delivered all software was not loaded as advertised. The system continues to lockup, you shut it off manually, the TV tuner card is not working, the Mega camera is not working correctly and the damn thing keeps giving me error messages when using the software that is theirs and suppose to work with this PC and XP.

Now you can't get any info on the web site for drivers. Virtual Directory won't let you upload. Hell, I want to get the drivers.

Support Sucks. They are rude, inconsiderate and almost to the point of telling you to quit bothering them. Most of them don't know what to do anyway besides restore and reload. I'm still waiting for the LifeLine software from the hardware support going on 9 weeks. First crash it wouldn't even boot up until it had to be reloaded. ShopNBC is just as bad. It is not their problem, its Viscom problem and you need to contact them for warranty. You just keep sending me your payments.

From the first bootup of this POS its been trouble nad continues to be a very expensive problem.

ISN'T THIS FALSE ADVERTISING? 24 hour tech support but it isn't. Warranty for a full year but you can't get anything fixed. Don't blame it on me as the problem because it isn't me its the damn machine.

Anybody feel like they are the pivot man in a cirle jerk? Keeps going round and round and finally the warranty is out and your really stuck.

Anybody have an address for the MN DA office and the address of the President and CEO of NBC? Come everybody don't sit back and take this shit. ShopNBC is where I bought this so they should be responsible. That's where the money is being paid.
