"Money back" guarantee did not apply to monies actually charged

Subscribes customers with offer of 30-time cash back promise, when informed of termination inside the 30 times (after non performance of any required solutions and nonresponse assistance) they quickly alter $1200 onto clientis Amex after which stated the "money-back" guarantee didn't affect funds actually billed. Clearly irrational, and completely negates the "money-back" guarantee in a misleading method.
