Surplus Dealz - e-bay
Surplus Dealz is an E-bay scam artist that sells junk and delivers the wrong item at customer expense. Rip-off!

I won an auction through eBay for a KXFHD 331 fax machine. They send a KX-FP 151. Wrong item and doesn't work either. I contact them with more than a dozen e-mails to get them to correct. I also provide my toll free number for them to contact me which they do not. Tried to call them. Nobody answers the phone number provided to eBay.

They refuse to correct their mistake. I paid $22.00 shipping $35.00 for an item that doesn't work and have to return a wrong item at my expense. Another $10.00. Junk dealers!!! I have contacted eBay and the Attorney General of Tn. Most people that run businesses that refuse to admit their mistakes and correct their problems are short lived.

This company has over 300 negative feedbacks for the month and over 1047 for the past 12 months. You decide what should be done with them. I'd shut them down from operating all together. Dishonest, rip-offs, junk dealers, scam artists.
