I waited over 3 weeks to receive merchandise that was obviously broken prior to packing and shipping

I waited more than 3 months to get product which was clearly damaged just before packaging and delivery. I approached them-and was informed I'd need to spend to come back the damaged products which WHEN THEY considered the return legitimate I'd obtain retailer credit just for the things and also the return shipment. They appeared to suppose I'd wish to buy from their website again. I published a at usacomplaints.com along with a CS broker from Nomorerack replied they might actually credit me without my needing to deliver the item.
