IVenturedForth Will not honor refund guarantee

I paid $19.99 for registration with this company because their site stated that they could jailbreak and unlock my iPhone 4 running the latest OS update. I needed to get it unlocked so that I could use the phone on T-Mobile's network. I had already jailbroken the phone, just needed to get it unlock.

After paying for a membership and going through their materials, the did not have ANY instructions on how to unlock my iPhone.

I emailed them several times and even emailed "Dwayne" directly twice at disputes (at) ineedjailbreak.com but never got a response back from them. It feels like they are ignoring me in the hopes that I will eventually just go away. I consider this poor customer service.

I wasted my money and I strongly encourage others to NOT use this service.

Do not give them any money!
