An awful customer support experience

Terrible. We were planning for a visit to Napa and reserved our resort through Kayak.com. NEVERTHELESS, whenever we came, it ended up the resort have been planned incorrectly within their program. As it happens the resort was over one hour away! In the beginning, Kayak.com didn't actually recognize their particular mistake. Soon after we got them to recognize their mistake (written down) they ceased returning our emails about obtaining a return. Fortunately we employed AmericanExpress plus they quickly returned our cash (wagging their hand at Kayak.com completely). A terrible customer care expertise. I'd assume more from the organization started with a Kellogg graduate. Exactly what a laugh.
