Right before christmas we went to Dicks to buy a Kayak, I picked out one that was not scratched up too much and told a salesperson the one I wanted, He started to get me a differant one, I told him I want this one and he complained they were all the same. When he did get the one I wanted he dropped it on the nose of the kayak, then took it to the front of the store and put it behind a register, waiting to pay I watched it get kicked and actually walked on by employees, I told the manager I did not want a kayak that was all sctatched up, and he said that it will get sctatched up anyway. I told him I wanted to be the one to scratch it up. I complained in writing to the online customer service andreceived a message that someone will contact me, never happened twice...
