Optonline is just a cable organization on Long Island NY. They transformed our code without our permission and today we've no use of our email. This occurred while on holiday and even though we adopted through on every demand, they actually had us get anyone to visit our house-our handiman - and obtain several off our device, they'll not let's into our consideration. Area of the issue may be the title about the consideration is my spouse, who'd to become accepted to some nursing home. I can not change the title about the consideration till I get home. What I'm most upset about may be the runaround and requesting info so when we offer it, they require another thing. This can be a terrible organization. Additionally they lied about our rate so when we registered billed people a greater price. Beware and prevent.
