Very poor customer service and overall customer service

Dezign39 will talk a big game and make you feel like your money is being well spent. Once full payment is made they are extremely hard to deal with. You can never get a hold of anyone and once you do they are always "out of town" and will deal with your issue once they return. They never seem to return and just ignore what you require and pay for. They have very poor customer service and really don't seem to interested in fixing issue with your website. The site always has problems and you only find this out once the customer or potential customer is calling to complain. It's very frustrating. We paid for the full year and now have a new web designer after 7 months.

We couldn't continue with Dezign39. I don't reccomend them to anyone.
