Armsdale Worldwide Paid $4500 for Clickbank Website in 8 weeks. After 9 weeks no website and no more communication

On August 4, I contracted with Mr. Lewis to build me a clickbank website including an original E-book, submission of the site to clickbank, 2 weeks of affiliate recruiting and during that 2 weeks, training for me to do my own recruiting and management of affiliates. On the 5th, we determined the niche I would get into and the process was started. The cost for this was $4500. It was paid in 4 installments (ever 2 weeks). Basically, after 6 weeks, Mr. Lewis had his money. October 6th was the end of the 9th week and I still don't have the website.in addition, they have not responded to any of my e-mails for over a week now. While there could be a reason for this, such as vacations or what-not, you would think they would be professional enough to have automatic out of office e-mails set up. Because of all of the delays and now the appearance of avoidance, I believe that I have been duped. That is the reason for this report. Maybe this can prevent someone else from also being duped.
