Their customer service is non-existing

I purchased eight books together. After 10 times I had been fairly confused when I did not get my publications with no one responded my emails or site talks neither. Their "live assistance" is clearly useless. These men are virtually non-contactable, I have the ability to discover their quantity attempting to start a state via paypal. After I named them I had been stated 8 out-of 9 publications were sold-out!!! WTF? Sorry their customer support is low-current. Prevent.
