Unprofessional, confrontational, hacked my website, Created a fake Twitter account in my name that was slanderous

Upon deciding not to take photoshop classes classes with Robert Farrell at http://adobetrainingclasses.com/, I was barraged with insulting emails, confrontational emails and just a very unprofessional correspondence. While I did respond to most emails in a not so flattering way (hey I needed to defend myself to his insults) the emails have been going on for over a month now. He has called me a fool for not taking his classes. He has made it a point to rub it in my face how much money he makes and that I'll never amount to what he has become (thank god). He has called me gay, he has said I probably got pissed on as a little kid. He

Over the last day, Robert Farrell has gone as far as hacking my personal website. Additionally he created a twitter account with my business name and the message that reads "If you need a BIG Bag of D*cks I am your man. I can only design your website if it contains a BIG BAG of D*CKS on it.
