Received bogus looking fax including a past due invoice from 2004 ($399 plus $1585.21 interest) and a settlement letter (asking for only $89.95 to close account). Called and spoke to Rick Rome. Couldn't give me any proof of such a purchase and requested that I fax a credit card to pay settlement amount. Got disconnected several times and I kept calling back and getting someone different. I was disconnected anytime I asked for a "supervisor."
