Tyronne Jacques is an angry psycopath, you do not want to upset him on the phone. He is a total scam, he lies constantly, and will say anything to get your money. He can only accpet payment via pay pal; because his processors got shut down. Claims to remove mugshots, arrest records, and will keep your money and dissolve contact, won't answer the phone.
