Mugshotsonline.com extort money from student whose arrest record was expunged by destroying reputation

Several of us were arrested at a college graduation party at the Hard Rock Cafe, but the charges were dropped the next day and I had my record expunged. Montsh later I noticed that all these sites were publishing my arrest record. Some said I could take it down if I emailed them me expunge order, but the minute I did two more sites poopped up on google replacing them. All of these businesses are inter-related. They apparently know I have been googling their sites and have been loading me up with more and more mugshots and now it is impossible for me to look for a job. Only the mugshots companies will guarantee to remove your mugshot— the reputation companies will just add stuff with your name so that teh mugshots go further down the page. But the mugshot companies and the mugshot removal companies will still harass you, maybe forevem if they think they can extort money from you.
