EWA Private Network Internet ad touted work at home profits, paid them, got paperwork, no follow up from them

I was searching on the internet for work at home opportunities and came across keywebcareers.com. It was one of several that I applied to. I sent them money online with a credit card, I received a whole book of papers with no explanation how to use the service or the book.

I thought the company was supposed to follow up with me and guide me into how to make money with their program. No one contacted me or sent me any other explanation how to proceed. I subsequently contracted with another work at home / internet marketing company that has been great and has tons of support and guidance online and by phone.

I was just going through my credit card accounts and saw the $49 or so charge for 04 AUG KEYWEBOFFER 800 292REISTERTOWNMD. It reminded me that I felt that I had been ripped off, so I decided to fill out a complaint and found out that there were already 2 other reports on the same company. I don't want my money back or anything because I realize it was probably my fault that I did not read the fine print in the agreement clause.

I did receive the paperwork which did not seem worth $49 to me. I just did not get any follow up or guidance on what to do next or how to cancel and request my money back, etc. So, I am trying to get my credit card company to stop payment on any further auto-bills to this company.
