These idiots terminated by e-mail account for non-payment even though I was on auto-pay. They were sending me notices that there was a problem to an e-mail address that does not exist, so I was totally unaware that there was a problem until they shut down my e-mail account. Yes, you heard that right! They did not send me notices to my e-mail address, which I am paying them for! It's not like they "did not have my e-mail address!". WTF! Freak'n Losers! As a result of their incompetency I lost all of my e-mails, history, my entire address book, etc. Everything! Then they had the "balls" to ask me for a $50 fee to reinstall my data from their backup server. Give them a call sometime. They are huddled up in a little room somewhere in India and you can actually hear rotary phones (yes, "rotary phones) ringing in the background.
