Ordered 50 mugs, when they arrived half were broken into small pieces

Requested 50 cups, once they came half were shattered into little items. Delivered substitutes, again they came shattered into little items. I expected to get a reimbursement for that damaged cups however they declined to provide reimbursement or even to ship substitutes. Don't use!
