Did not ship both mugs

Requested 2 cups 11 nights before (12-29-13)-obtained one mug having a bill stating both cups were within this really small container and so I sent them and requested them-where's my additional cup? And returned an answer for me personally to appear "really" great inside this little container-to ensure used to donot skip the additional cup! Ha! And so I replied that I appeared of course if they don't deliver me another cup -to go off my cc statement asap! I've requested from their website before therefore was" us "amazed this had occurred therefore no real matter what occurs following this-they've dropped another client! Basically am unhappy using what occurs following this-I'll protest to a lot of resources (BBB-Angieis checklist, ect)... And also to my cc organization aswell.
