No such a thing as a free shipping on"FREE SHIPPING.com"

While buying a book through internet, somehow "Insiders Club"and his "free shipping ripping"campaing got through??? With a free month trial offer. Although I never used through that "free" month, -end never have after that (for that matter) I hurry up and cancel the subscription, before the trial month ended so I filled a cancelation request and I thought that would be the end of it. Fourth months later I discoverd a monthly charged of $12.95, since May 3rd through Sep. 3rd. Then I filled another cancellation of of membership;again, requesting also: a refund. I haven`t had a response from them, yet.
