I've never had an order from Overstock that was not entirely screwed up

I have never had an order from Overstock which was not completely screwed-up. First I requested a leather-upholstered king sized bed. It required 2.5 weeks to reach; I had been anticipating about 5 months on the basis of the site. It'd a chip within the part, and that I was informed I'd need to spend shipment to come back it, they might credit my bill as much as $25 (my quotes were $125 delivery, a $100 reduction for me personally.)

I bought three mats. A month later I had been informed one was sold-out. Another two came, but were the incorrect shade. The CS representative originally attempted to inform me this is exactly what I requested, subsequently explained perhaps I had been color-blind. Fundamentally they organized to get the incorrect carpet and had the brand new someone to me rapidly. I loved that component, however the mix up was only a trouble. Humorous in my experience was the CS who originally requested me to "packit up and go towards the closest advantages." I had been like... The carpet is larger than me. I also chuckled in the picture of me driving my sports vehicle using the top-down along with a large-arse carpet sticking outrageous of the passenger seat.

I have requested additional products in some places... Frequently without problem. But also frequently explanations are incorrect and that I've needed to return a product. I once requested a Bombay design torso having a marble top. The chest came. No marble. Adorable as hell though. Not worth the cost. I had been advised to deliver it back and that I could be repaid. I told the CS representative... I Would simply keep it and conserve the trouble... And not purchase there again.

And... I never will. Completed.
