They refuse to refund my money

I requested breaks once to get a sport and used-to choice to contain it removed of my telephone bill. Sadly they required a little more than these were designed to and that I was left using the statement. They WOn't return my cash and state I'd requested all the breaks myself and was simply having 'buyers remorse'.
