Sells software at low prices and then does not down load them or respond to inquiries

I wanted to purchase and download photoshop cs-5 extended and trustsofts advertised it for a low price. I purchased it with paypal and never heard from the company again even though I repeatedly tried to contact them.
I did receive my payment back from paypal eventually but I see that the company is still advertising boldly on the internet. It is an asian company... My payment went to someone with chinese or japanese characters. After a couple of weeks they never responded to me. I would like this company stopped. If it IS legitimate then it better well respond to their customers.
I would have been happy for them to contact me with a download ID # as they promised they would. Since their prices are so much cheaper than anyone else's it must be one of those "too goo to be true" ripoff companies. I just don't want anyone else to go through this. Thanks.
