I've been qualified to obtain hughesnet support under the recovery act for months now but am still waiting for installation. I've called often but get no solutions. The united states dept of agriculture has actually composed your organization a notice in my account but nonetheless i obtain no internet installment. A few of the people i've spoken with at your organization obtain completely rude about the phone in my experience. They tell me they've no report, then your next will discover it and say someone will call me in 48 hrs., but nobody ever calls. It's been a few months because someone called and took my payment data, informing me somebody else will call to schedule the deploy in a few times, but that never occurs.

For whatever reason your business makes it impossible to talk to someone with expert, so when i've asked to speak to such an individual i'm told that i'm prohibited. That is poor customer service on hughesnets component.

I've asked who handles the broadband program under the recovery work, and they'll not tell me or will they i want to consult with such an individual to get help with my issue. The ag department informs me your organization was handed a big offer to obtain broadband to those without internet in rural places and should be making that occur. I'm likely to file complaint with our senators practices, the fcc, along with a formal problem using the agriculture dept.in washington dc. It appears to me that you've obtained citizens money, nor wish to give the service that it was paid to you to supply. Notice; again before labor day weekend i named and was told someone could be back to me within 48 hrs. Again it didnt happen. Could u instead i simply didnt work along with you? Looks that hughesnet got that large offer to obtain internet to rural parts, pocketed the cash in the government and dont need to give any service for this.
