Hughes Net
Horrible service!

Our Direcway/Hughesnet died on me a couple weeks before, and that I went thru the Asia assistance group, then progress assistance (that the individual says in the same guide whilst the Asia assistance team does) from US, plus they subsequently determined after 4 hours about the telephone that I required something phone to my home.

After establishing a scheduled appointment, the support men (3 of these) appear each day overdue. He then shows me he does not have a hierarchy to achieve my top. I happily allow him use mine, then he increases as much as the top, returns along and informs me "Iam not returning up there, it is to large" I-say "I'll increase subsequently, provide me the parts, I'll deploy them myself" he replys "I-don't have any parts, this is my very first time maintenance these"

I ask him how he was thinking about repairing this, he explained he believed it was simply misaligned, it was not. BTW another 2 men just stood around. I named the organization Hughesnet was employing for that support phone, plus they advised me they'd need to cost me additional to-go onto my top to support the meal they mounted simply 24 months before... I set it-up for support on Thursday, plus they never confirmed, I named Hughesnet, they'd no clarification on why they did not display, therefore I told them-not to bother, I Will purchase the Stereo component off EBay, and also the Hughesnet man scolds me "You've to become FCC licensed to support these models" I subsequently provided him a guess to determine the three stooges that found my location qualifications, I highly doubt they've any.

I Will update this when I obtain the component, to determine if it had been a simple repair. If it generally does not function, I Will simply change to WildBlue.
