Pc user hooked, helped, and ripped

Internet & Web

On or about 8/31 i attempted to contact norton symatec, some how i got qresolve not knowing it was not really norton. I was trying to renew my wife's anti-virus account. A helpfull voice told me my computer was i bad shape and i needed it scanned. Of coarse i had hundreds of things wrong! So as they scanned my wife's computer was on also. Soon her computer began black screening and freezing. I than told the tech what was going on. He informed me they was not doing anything with her unit, which was on the same network. Finally computer froze up and failed. Anyway i did have my computer improved so i took there service, on my unit. Later on 9/01 i called about her unit being froze up with antivirus and other protection turned off by a unknown source or by magic perhaps. Oh! The voice said, we can help you for more money. I than told them no thank you, i will norton to fix the problem. They said something about let us look anyway or something to that effect. So during the looking process, and having language understanding problems, my wife informed me they wanted me to turn my computer on also. Bells went off in my little brain!!! No said i, i will not do that. That was about the end of our conversation. I called the real norton, and they informed via there scan her computer had been messed with. They only fixed her computer, the varified her coverage was good for another 600 days. They also indicated the antivirus and other protection had been turned off. How can i now trust qresolve.com to serve me in the future? I can't!!! We did not turn off any protection on our computers. This looks like a scam to me. They already have 407.96 out of me and wanted 199.99 more to fix my wife's computer. Which they didn't get. So what do you think???
