Sal Mahfooz Be Careful with the MONTHLY DRAW!

I stated working for this company that promised a monthly draw of $3000. That meant that I wouldn't make any less than $3000 but I can make more if my bonus was over the monthly draw. They told me I would get paid on a monthly basis.

Well when my 1 month mark hit, they told me to work from home. Well I told them I needed to come get my check and they told me I had a 30 day pay out which meant I needed to work for 60 days before I got paid for 30 of them.

I told them I would never have agreed to that if I was told that in the beginning which I wasn't. Well they laid me off because I wasn't ok with the pay structure and told me they will pay me when some of my deals I closed came in. I still haven't seen the money or heard from the company. They are a total rip off! Another lady came to work for them but quit in 2 days because of the suspicion about the pay structure.
