Do like working hard and Not getting paid, Lied to, cheated, then go work for Doug Plattne

Where do I begin? I was promised $1500 draw every 2 weeks in writing by the company-Doug Plattner without notice cut it to $1000 every 2 weeks with out notice-I was in much need of work so me and the other manager who hired in the same day I did just bit the bullet

Me and the other manager hired in with me "Smelled" something because the prior management crew told Plattner to go "Screw" himself-why you might ask-Found out they didn't get paid there draw checks

After almost 1 year working and busting my butt for him-now it is my turn to "Screwed" by Doug Plattner-he decides not to pay me my 2nd sreaw check at the end of the month-meaning I would have to wait 30 days in between draw checks with no guarantee I would be getting one in the middle of April

I called my office manager in and all she said to was "sorry" I got no warning I wasn't getting my draw check until pay day-I worked over 100 hours in 2 weeks and did not get anything

I file unemployment for reasons they did not pay me-Now the office manager appealed this saying I didn't work things out with them-What the hell-we had a closed door meeting (me and the office manager) to discuss this issue-I told her I want my draw check and she said there is nothing she can do about it.

Now the appeal is a living hell to go through-I'am not going to quit-This company is ruthless, unprofessional-They are cut off from about every vendor because they don't pay them-Try being the parts manager or a sales manager like me wanting something done from and outside source-they laugh at you while your on the phone with them.

Red Flag aswell on Plattner's inventory dollars-he mix and mashes dollars per car around the whole 11 dealerships-you never know what you are working from

Isn't there a state tax issue here!!! As well as any bonuses to be made which I rarely recieved I work over 100 hours and 1 draw pay period and recieved nothing-Keep in mind this comes from a guy who eats his lunch at a old school desk like a little kid-something is not right about him

Do Not Go to work for the Plattner Group unless you like being cheated, lied to etc
