Ripoff no customer service sells broken laptops over priced

These guys are a joke.

I bought a IBM think pad a20m from them. It took 5 days to ship (I paid for 3rd day shipping), and then a week after I got it the hard drive broke. I had to spend $180 to fix it. I called to complain but nobody really speaks english over there. I sent 10 emails but they were never answered.

USA Notebooks does sell notebook computers. But they aren't A grade refurbished, cheap, or in reliable. I spent 700 bucks altogether for my laptop and while it works now, my advice is just to go with a new laptop if you need one
