After buying the software, tried to set up a website, and couldn't do anything, or get any help

It was affordable, so I bought it, and I was trying to set up my web page, and somehow I was taken back to the first page, and then I couldn't go forward, I couldn't get any help on the live chat, when I sent a message to customer service, it would go right back to the message page, without ever letting me know if the message was sent. I'm just wondering, has this company ever gone back, and taken more money from anybody's account? Don't know if the address is right, got that from the BBB, but they're not registered with them.
