Did not refund money

Requested shower curtain and components from Townhouselinens on May 21. I've never obtained items or reimbursement of $161.91 from their website. Their justification in the beginning was items were back-ordered. This occurred 2 times. After last period requested them to stop purchase and reimbursement money. I've created/sent them numerous occasions and requested for reimbursement but haven't got an answer from their website.
