My Web Wholessaler And Lisa DePalmer ripoff company misrepresented merchandise sent to me and also misrepresented weight of merchandise

I wish I had got on this site before I bought anything from this company. Now I know for sure that these people are absolute crooks. I lost a grand total of $1536. Let me begin.

I own a very smal retail store where I handle returns and overstocks and even some new merchandise. I decided to try my web wholesaler just to have a change of merchandsie and to compare them to the company I had been ordering from just to see if this company I was using was doing me right. Big mistake! I also talked to Jessica. I handle alot of Target store pallets so I decided to order on of these from them. I told her that the Pallets I usually recieved had alot of cabinets, furniture, etc on them and she said that's what was on these also. I also ordered a Macy's pallet which was described on the website.

I paid with my credit card and they shipped me the merchnadise. The target pallet was an absolute disaster because it had all Easter merchandise on it. Boxes of Easter basket grass that retailed for. 29 each and the rest was Easter egg coloring. The Macey's pallet stood about waist high and consided of Christmas cookie jars and holiday candle sets.

Now I am used to dealing with salvage merchandise and I know good and well that you have to expect a percentage of throw away. This was new merchandise but what am I supposed to do with a whole pallet of Easter grass and egg coloring when I was expecting cabinets, furniture, etc as described in their website.
As for the Macy's, a waist high pallet of cookie jars might have sold for maybe 200.00 where I live.

When I contacted this company the only response I got was "I'm sorry your dissappointed but that happens sometime" I contacted Lisa DePalmer by email and the offer I got was to purchanse another pallet that cost $450.00 get one free. Yeah right like I am going to pay for anything else out of that warehouse.

After I contacted them I looked at the invoice and saw that they had said the weight of these pallets was 650lbs. I shippped these pallets back to maine with a weight of 250 lbs with the exact merchandise that I purchsed on them nothing more or less.
I contacted my credit card company to dispute the payment, this went back and forth for about 3 months and the card ruled in my web's favor and gave them my $1536. When i shipped these back to Maine My web refused the pallets and the trucking company called and said I was responsible for them. I was sure the credit card would rule in my favor because this was such a blatent ripoff and even if they didn't I didn't want the pallets back. The shipping to return them would have been more than they were worth. So the trucking company sold them probably back to my web wholsaler for nothing so they could resale them to somebody else to rip off.

Lisa DePalmer told my credit card company that they sent me 650lbs of merchandise and that I only sent them a 1/3 of their merchnadise back and was trying to keep their money. Complete BULL! This woman is a liar and a crook and wouldn't even talk to me over the phone when I called her.

I lost alot of sleep over this not to mention it put a hurt on my business. I hate it that this has happened to anybody else but I am also relieved to know that I am not the only one. Some of these reports I read was almost like reading my own story.

If enough of us can get together with this maybe we can put a stop to Ms. DePalmers ripoff business.

She emailed me something the other day that they were sponsoring a free forum through ISMD newsletter for people who had problems buying salvage merchnadise over the web. Well I figure her lawyers probably put her up to this to make her company look good because they have had so many complaints on them. A big loophole!
